Vacuum and Cooking blender
The Salente Mixi 2L is a multifunctional, high-speed blender, which offers blending as well as cooking, steaming, slow cooking and vacuum blending functions. You can use it to make roast tenderloin of beef, soup, chick pea mash, jams, and soy milk. The blender has 10 automatic programmes: soy milk, cream soup (no blending), slow cooking at 85°C, puree, traditional soup (no blending), baby food/juice, smoothie, cocktails, nut milk, and the blending programme (no cooking).
The 2 l vessel has a Teflon base, so your sauce and jams will not get burned.
Well-supplied range of accessories
If you buy a Mixi 2L blender with the Salente Mixi VA accessory, you get an additional function – vacuum blending. If you buy the Salente Mixi GR accessory, you get the hard food grinding function: coffee, nuts, ice, and making frappés.
